The Portland Trail Blazers are excited to support BIPOC Adoptees VOICES in our mission to provide safe, inclusive, and supportive spaces where adult BIPOC Adoptees can share their stories, build connections, and access adoptee-centered programming in order to build collective power and shift the narrative around adoption to center those most impacted: the adoptees.
